I have been going through a tough time lately and was looking for help in which ever form I could find. Activating body harmony gave me just that and so much more, it's a community of healing souls, working on time tested methods like the chakra system in the most effective and simple ways. I have attended a couple of workshops and they were so amazing. The feeling it left me with was so good and positive. It made me go back and review my past and also plan ahead accordingly. I felt so high in energy, I have no words to describe that feeling.It's a wonderful duo of Nidhi and Leena and the way they conduct the workshop, you feel the instant high.
